In keeping with the Super Bowl theme this weekend, I am highlighting on of my favorite Giants receivers of all time – Hakeem Nicks. During 2011, Nicks set several Giants postseason records with 28 catches, 444 yards and 4 TDs. Even though he didn’t have a TD in the Super Bowl, he did have 10 catches for 109 yards. This type of player is what the Giants are missing today. While he may not have been the fastest, he was a physical receiver who could be counted on.
The below is his Topps Finest Gold Refractor Rookie. Topps Finest was one of my favorite sets to collect every year. Wish they still had a license to produce these sets.
